Kat Houseman is an acclaimed artist known for her evocative paintings of wildlife and landscapes in the Alla Prima style. Having recently relocated back to Montana, she continues to create stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces that celebrate the beauty of the natural world. Houseman’s work is highly regarded for its bold use of oil paints, texture, and her signature approach to capturing the essence of the West.
Evelyn Woods is a celebrated contemporary artist whose work has garnered attention for its unique blend of abstraction and natural themes. Woods’ paintings are characterized by dynamic compositions, rich textures, and a deep emotional connection to the landscapes and humans she seeks to portray. Woods is known for her exploration of color, movement, and the organic forms that both ground and inspire her creative process. This exhibit features both her paintings and her ceramic sculpture work. In the artist’s words, the work in this show is a “culmination of memory, association and observation.”
