Deby Harvey embarked on her formal art education in the late 1970s at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Throughout her career, she has explored various mediums, consistently focusing on the theme of nature. Her most enduring medium is hollowware, where she forges copper into organic sculptural forms. Her recent series of sculptural copper leaves merges the real with the imagined, capturing nature's fluidity and elegance in a recognizable form.
